Account Executive – Staffing Sales

Uncapped commission and double the typical agency commission on every placement. We double the standard placement commission—earn double what most agencies pay on every deal. OTE $100K+ year one, $150K+ for top performers; commission is uncapped.

We are a boutique staffing agency looking for an Account Executive to own client relationships, close deals, and drive placements. You will take qualified opportunities through discovery, negotiation, and close, and grow accounts over time.

Compensation

• Double the typical agency commission on every placement
• Uncapped commission; no ceiling on earnings
• Clear OTE path: $100K+ year one, $150K+ year two
• Among the highest commission splits in the industry

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, close
• Manage and grow a book of staffing clients
• Hit quota and revenue targets
• Work with recruiters to deliver on placements
• Upsell and expand existing accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience closing in staffing, recruitment, or B2B sales
• Comfortable with uncapped, performance-based compensation
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
