A boutique staffing firm is looking for a Business Development Representative to own prospecting, new client acquisition, and pipeline growth. The role focuses on opening doors, qualifying leads, and building relationships that turn into placements and recurring revenue.
Commission is double the standard agency split—where most agencies offer 25–35%, this firm pays double that on every placement. Performance-based, six-figure earning potential.
Compensation
- Double the typical agency commission on every placement

Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new client accounts in staffing and recruitment
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and set meetings
- Collaborate with recruiters to close placements
- Hit activity and revenue targets
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or staffing
- Self-motivated, comfortable with performance-based pay
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, pipeline-driven approach
