We are a boutique staffing agency looking for a Full Desk Recruiter to own the full cycle: business development, sourcing, and placing talent. You control your pipeline and your earnings; we provide the commission structure and support.

Compensation

Responsibilities

• Develop new client accounts and maintain relationships
• Source, screen, and place candidates
• Run full cycle from lead to placement to invoice
• Manage your own pipeline and activity
• Hit placement and revenue targets

Requirements

• Full-desk or 360 recruitment experience (biz dev + recruiting)
• Comfortable with 100% or high-commission, uncapped pay
• Strong sourcing and client-facing skills
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset
