We are a boutique staffing agency looking for a Business Development Representative to own prospecting, new client acquisition, and pipeline growth. You will focus on opening doors, qualifying leads, and building relationships that turn into placements and recurring revenue.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new client accounts in staffing and recruitment
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and set meetings
- Collaborate with recruiters to close placements
- Hit activity and revenue targets
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or staffing
- Self-motivated, comfortable with performance-based pay
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
