A boutique staffing firm is looking for an Account Executive to own client relationships, close deals, and drive placements. The role takes qualified opportunities through discovery, negotiation, and close, and grows accounts over time.
Commission is double the standard agency split on every placement—among the highest splits in the industry.
Compensation
- Double the typical agency commission on every placement
- Uncapped commission; no ceiling on earnings
- OTE $100K+ year one, $150K+ for top performers
- 1099 independent contractor, commission-based
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle sales: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, close
- Manage and grow a book of staffing clients
- Hit quota and revenue targets
- Work with recruiters to deliver on placements
- Upsell and expand existing accounts
Requirements
- Proven experience closing in staffing, recruitment, or B2B sales
- Comfortable with uncapped, performance-based compensation
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
